We are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any question!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you that will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely.

Yes, we will offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free food options. Please make a note of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will make sure to cater that need.
There will be an optional informal guest meet up at the Forum Bar at 9:00pm the night before, Friday the 17th.
There will also be a brunch on Sunday the 19th. The brunch will start at 10:30am located at Mount Fair Vineyard's paddock house.
Transportation is provided from the Forum Hotel to Mount Fair Vineyard. Shuttle departure will be at 2:50pm from the Forum Hotel, along Duffy Boulevard. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the bus departure.
There are two times for transportation back to the Forum Hotel. The first time is at 8:45pm and the final ride back is at 10:10pm.
If you are driving, we strongly suggest entering and saving the location on a gps app before leaving for the wedding. Please arrive no later than 3:30pm. The address for Mount Fair is:

Parking is available at the venue. You will see a sign for the desginated parking area.
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Plan for evening sun with partial shade for the ceremony. Both the cocktail hour and reception will have cover available under umbrellas or tent.
In the event of rain, all events will have cover available.
October weather in central Virginia can vary greatly, we could see mid 70s to upper 40s during this time of year. Please be prepared for a chill later in the evening.
