Accommodations
We recommend booking a hotel as soon as possible. UVA is scheduled to have a football game on October 18, and hotels fill up quickly.
Kimpton the Forum Hotel Charlottesville:

- Convenience: Newly built, located behind Barracks Road Shopping Center and a quick drive to the downtown mall. Hotel bar and restaurant.

The hotel block special rate is available until September 15th. After this date, room availability at the Forum is not guaranteed.
Transportation
Transportation will be provided from the hotel to Mount Fair Vineyard. The shuttle will depart at 2:50pm from Duffy Boulevard, next to the Forum Hotel. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before departure.
If you plan your own transportation, please plan to arrive no later than 3:30pm.
Transportation back to the Forum Hotel has two times. The first shuttle back to the hotel is at 8:45, and the second is at 10:10pm.
